Do you live too far away or work odd hours? Feel confident in your ability to do the work, but just don't know what to do? That is what asynchronous training is for! Please contact Coach Jay directly to discuss your specific training goals. The written program is 5 weeks in duration, 4 "workout" days per week. Extra days can be added for an additional charge.
