Personal training with Barnes Integrated is just that, personal. During your free consultation with Coach Jay your individual fitness needs and goals will be assessed. A child athlete just learning the importance of conditioning? A college or professional athlete increasing their position-specific strength? Recently released from physical therapy but wondering what to do next? Coach Jay has worked with clients from all manner of ability and fitness levels. Hate going to the gym? Coach Jay can come to you. 


As a certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator Coach Jay applies scientific knowledge to physically train military, fire and rescue, law enforcement, protective services, and other emergency personnel to improve performance, promote wellness, and decrease injury risk. Each program is designed to improve the performance, readiness and longevity of tactical professionals, while decreasing the likelihood of fitness-related and work-related injuries. This is achieved by evaluating the physical demands (injury, movement, and physiological analysis) of the operational tasks and then designing training programs to address the weaknesses in the fitness attributes pertaining to specific occupational needs.

           Asynchronous Personal Training


Do you live too far away or work odd hours? Confident in your ability to do the work, just not sure what to do? You can still work with Coach Jay! Asynchronous training includes a written fitness program and supplemental virtual tools. Coach Jay will work with you to address your personal fitness goals and check-in with you along the way. No need to take the "personal" out of personal training.
